Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation
Whether you’re new to the practice of yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, we’d love to see you. Yoga can feel like the pieces of a puzzle coming together, slowly, one by one, one experience to the next, moment by moment, breath by breath. This space facilitates the understanding and inclusivity of a ‘do what you can and what feels good’ mindset.

Peri & Menopause Yoga
Peri & Menopause Yoga is a one-hour class specifically designed to support women through the menopause transition and beyond.
This chapter of hormonal mayhem can wreak havoc with confidence, our mood states and of course our physical wellbeing, resulting in a change to the kind of yoga practice we now need.
This class brings focus to calming and steadying our minds, cultivating balance on all levels, developing physical and personal strength and agility as we explore curated breathwork and movement, meditation, Yoga philosophy, goddess inspiration and modern science based approaches to support and nurture ourselves well.
Yin Yoga
Our Yin-style class is typically a floor-based, meditative practice that targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, joints, and fascia. Releasing stress and tension throughout the entire body. A quiet practice that complements your dynamic lifestyle to cultivate inner stillness, and awareness to bring balance to the whole body. This space facilitates the understanding and inclusivity of a ‘do what you can and what feels good’ mindset.

Restorative Yoga with Nidra Meditation
Slow down, soothe, and quieten the busy mind while experiencing true deep rest with this nurturing monthly Yoga practice including a guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
With props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) this gentle floor-based style of yoga will help you release tension and strain; the ultimate in healing and self-care.
In the second part of this wholesome class, you will be guided in a Yoga Nidra meditation, which in a nutshell can encourage the nervous system to enter a parasympathetic state and activate the relaxation response. This will offer you a way to tap into the subconscious layers of the mind for deep healing and release.
