Annebelle
Yoga teacher
I’ve been walking the yoga path for forty years, guided by a deep respect for yoga as a living wisdom tradition rather than just a physical practice. I’m a Senior Level 3 Teacher with Yoga Australia and an accredited Menopause Yoga™ teacher. I was trained by yoga luminary Michael de Manincour at The Yoga Institute in Sydney. I’m also grateful to be the OG and the most experienced teacher here at Studio Wellness, a place that feels very much like home. In my classes, everyone is welcome. I teach all levels with a gentle emphasis on breath awareness, inclusivity and mindful attention to how you’re feeling right now in your body, your mind, and your heart. My intention is always to create a space where you can arrive as you are and feel supported to listen inwardly and respond with kindness and intelligence. Throughout the year, I also offer Sound, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative practices which invite deep rest, nervous system nourishment and a warm sense of coming back to yourself. My particular passion is supporting women through the menopause transition. I draw on a wide range of yoga toolsincluding breathwork, mantra, self-soothing practices, connection and appropriate, curated movement to meet this powerful stage of life with care and respect. As we move through midlife, the way we move our bodies needs to change. We are evolving and our yoga practice is invited to evolve with us. I look forward to meeting you on the mat soon, just as you are.

Fliss
yoga teacher
I’m Felicity (Fliss), and I’m grateful to be sharing yoga with the Studio Wellness community. I love to weave together philosophy, yin and yang asana, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and subtle energetic practices to create a supportive, inward-focused experience. I began my yoga journey in my early 20s and have been teaching locally for over ten years ago, with my approach continuing to evolve and deepen through ongoing study, practise and lived experience. My classes are a gentle invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom. I focus on cultivating a safe and inclusive space that is welcoming, grounding, and accessible, where you can settle, soften, and drop into presence. Rather than pushing or striving, I encourage a mindful practice that supports the nervous system and invites each person to meet themselves where they are. For me, yoga is a way of coming home to the body and cultivating a deeper relationship with self, both on and off the mat. I look forward to sharing this beautiful practise with you.

Jemma
yoga teacher
Hey, I’m Jem! I offer yoga that’s gentle, grounding and supportive, with a focus on moving in ways that feel good for your body. My classes invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and tune in, without pressure or expectation. I’m also a mum to a cheeky toddler, with another bub on the way, which shapes how I teach: real, adaptable and full of compassion. Creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable to rest, modify, or simply show up as they are is at the heart of what I do. When I’m not teaching at Studio Wellness, I run Namah-Stay, a nature-based wellness space devoted to rest, reconnection and community.

Renee
Yoga teacher
I’m Renee, and I’m so excited to share the gift of Yoga with you. In my classes, I love to weave together elements of asana, pranayama, kriya, and mantra, creating a practice that connects us to the deepest parts of ourselves. Every time we step onto the mat, we’re gifting ourselves the opportunity to say “yes” to self-care and presence. Yoga, for me, is more than just a physical practice, it’s a journey inward, a chance to nurture the body, calm the mind, and commune with our spirit. I can’t wait to guide you through practices that help you feel grounded, connected, and inspired both on and off the mat. Join me at Studio Wellness!

Maddy
yoga teacher
I’m Maddy and I am beyond excited to share my love for Yoga with the world. My love and respect for this practice began when I was 7 years old with my Mum, she would bring me along to classes and luckily at such a young age I instantly fell in love. I can say confidently this practice has shaped me into the person I am today. My enthusiasm for how time and time again Yoga has saved me, comforted, supported, radiated and transformed me, has proven to be ineffable. I feel love when sharing this, I can’t wait for you to experience this release. There are still no words to this day how incredible, supportive and real this practice can be. My goal, (Sankalpa) Yogic word for intention is for as many people as possible to experience the same harmony Yoga brings to me. After spending the last year teaching Yoga in the Rainforest of Far North Queensland my love of this has strengthened deeply.

Gabby
Yoga teacher
I’m Gabby, and I’m passionate about creating space for you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. In my classes, yoga is an invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into practices that support the nervous system, cultivate presence, and encourage a deeper inner connection. For me, yoga goes far beyond physical shapes. It’s about awareness, regulation, and remembering how to be with ourselves both on and off the mat. With a background in the health field, I love weaving together yoga philosophy with modern science, offering classes that are accessible, inclusive, and supportive for all bodies and lived experiences. Together we create a welcoming community space where you can move, breathe, rest, and simply be. I can’t wait to practice with you.

Paige R
senior PILATES Instructor | Studio manager
Hi, I’m Paige, a mum of three beautiful kiddies, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer. In class, I’m often lovingly called the “smiling assassin” I’ll challenge you, but always with encouragement and a whole lot of heart. My goal is for every person to feel welcome, no matter their experience or fitness level, and to leave class smiling, proud of themselves for simply showing up. I truly believe that showing up is enough and I’ll always be proud of you for it. I began my journey by completing my Diploma of Sport Development and Personal Training, but it didn’t take long for me to discover my passion for Pilates a slower-paced yet deeply effective form of movement that allows you to build strength, connection, and confidence in your body. Teaching movement lights me up. I see it as a form of medicine and have a deep passion for movement for mental health and women’s health areas I’m excited to continue studying and expanding my knowledge in this year. I can’t wait to see you around the studio and in class.

Chloe
Yoga teacher &
PILATES Instructor
Hey I’m Chloe! As the saying goes… ‘Jack of all trades’. I first took on my Yoga teacher training in 2019 at Power House Yoga in Berwick, the perfect compliment to being an emergency nurse. Then, after years of contemplating, I added a Pilates qualification to that mix of registered nurse and Yogi. But of course with my love of learning I am a qualified Chinese Medicine Practitioner/Acupuncturist. I love being flexible with my qualifications, sharing the knowledge that I do have with those around me and using that knowledge to structure Yoga and Pilates classes that can be practised by all. I especially love the realm where science and spirituality become one. That beautiful space where our physical bodies are being nourished, but so is our soul. It’s more than Strength training or cardio, It’s mind-body connection. It’s Minfulness movement.
Sustainable body. Sustainable mind.
With Love, Chlo xx

Alicia
PILATES Instructor
My name is Alicia but you can call me Leash and I’m just a girl from the coastal town of Inverloch, I’m all about movement whether that’s strolling along the beach, hitting the netball court, sweating it out at the gym, or flowing through a Pilates sesh. My love affair with Pilates kicked off three years ago and quickly spiralled into a full-blown obsession (the good kind). I decided to take the plunge and complete my Mat and Reformer training with APPI and honestly? Best. Decision. Ever. For me, Pilates isn’t about nailing the fanciest moves or being the bendiest in the room. It’s about showing up for your body, giving it the love it deserves, and moving in a way that supports you in everyday life. If I had to sum myself up in a few words: compassionate, empathetic, and always down for a cheeky boogie and a spicy Pilates burn. Expect good vibes, killer playlists, and plenty of laughs along the way. Let’s move, groove, and feel good doing it.

Samara
PILATES Instructor
My name is Samara and I can’t wait to remind you to breathe while doing a plank series! I teach Pilates because I love helping people feel strong, capable, and slightly surprised by what their bodies can do. My classes are challenging, supportive, and never boring. Expect to shake, sweat, laugh, and leave feeling taller and stronger than when you walked in, I am fueled by good music, strong cores, and a spicy controlled burn! When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me at the beach, in the gym, or spending time with my friends and family. My classes are upbeat, welcoming, and designed to challenge you while still having fun. Expect playlists you’ll want to Shazam, mindful movement, and lots of encouragement!

Josee
PILATES Instructor
Hi! I’m Josefa, but people call me Jose. I fell in love with Pilates four years ago after wanting to try something new and meet new people, and I’ve been hooked ever since. At the beginning of last year,
I decided I wanted to teach and booked my Mat and Reformer certification through APPI. I teach Pilates on the weekends, spend my weekdays teaching in kindergarten, and enjoy my free time
at the beach whenever I can. My classes focus on lower body strength, control, a mindful burn, and intentional movement, designed to challenge you while still feeling supportive, so you leave the studio feeling accomplished, energized, and with a smile.

Paris
PILATES Instructor
Hi, I’m Paris! I love a good glute burn, intentional movement, and classes that meet you exactly where you’re at. My Pilates classes are layered and accessible, with options for all levels, whether you’re brand new or ready to turn up the heat. I cue lots of intentional breathing to help you move with control, focus, and connection. When I’m not teaching, I’m usually at the beach with a book or out for a long walk. Expect supportive coaching, mindful movement, and a satisfying burn every time.
Angel
Director
Hi, I’m Angel!
I love the city lights and rolling countryside, but you’ll find me happiest by the coast, where I do me. I’ve always been a social butterfly, whether spending time with friends and family or planning the next fun adventure. My downtime? You’ll find me fishing, camping, browsing a market, or soaking up a lazy Sunday with a home-cooked meal.
The idea for Studio Wellness came from my own journey. Navigating life’s challenges and learning to prioritise my physical and mental well-being. Through natural medicines, counseling, fitness, and Yoga, I discovered a deeper sense of self-awareness, community, and core values which lead me to create a space where others could do the same.
It’s a dream come true to sit in this beautiful space, connect with our incredible teachers, other biz owners and members, and build a welcoming, supportive environment where people can truly fill their cups, find themselves, and connect with like-minded souls.
My purpose here?
To remind you that you are never alone. There is always something to hold onto, a space to feel included, supported, and connected.
A studio that is your home for a balanced life.
