Pilates is all about moving with purpose and building strength from the inside out! Over time, you may find an increase flexibility, improve muscle strength, and rewire mind-body connections for better movement. You may notice better balance, greater body awareness, improved lung capacity, and even fewer injuries!
With a focus on technique, posture, and core strength, Pilates is designed for every body—whether you’re flowing on the mat or working it out on the Reformer!
This space facilitates the understanding and inclusivity of a ‘do what you can and what feels good’ mindset.

A comprehensive practice to feel confident in your coordination, alignment, and strength abilities. Reformer is suitable for all levels and abilities and is one of those classes that can be built up or down depending on how you are feeling on the day! In an intimate class setting of up to 6 people, you’ll have the full support and guidance from our qualified instructor. Beginners will receive a Reformer Induction.

We have unlocked a well-rounded workout! A combination of Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Strength and Cardio all in one… YES PLEASE!
This practice uses bodyweight, reformer, the occasional jumpboard and light equipment to add a little spice to change up your strength and cardiovascular routine. With the element of Pilates, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, our goal is to support flexibility, encourage regeneration of your neural/muscular pathways, improve postural alignment, balance and overall core strength!
A fun and comprehensive practice with a class size of up to 12 people we encourage you to bring a friend to really amp up your workout! Beginners will receive a Reformer Induction.
Pre/Postnatal Mat Pilates (Bubs Are Welcomed!)
A weekly Mat Pilates class designed for pre and postnatal mums; we welcome little ones or feel free to enjoy the session solo. (Bubs not yet on the move.)
Join Paige, a newly mum of three who truly gets it, for a supportive, empowering 45-minute session that strengthens your core, improves posture, and supports postpartum recovery.
This class blends Pilates exercises with mindful breathing techniques, helping you reconnect with your body, reduce tension, and build functional strength for everyday movement. If your baby joins, you’ll discover ways to engage and include them safely, promoting calm, connection, and playful bonding.
Beginners are welcome, and every session is adaptable to suit your needs, creating a safe, accepting and nurturing space to move, restore, and connect with other mums.
Mat Pilates
Our Mat Pilates is designed to increase flexibility, improve muscular strength and regenerate neural/muscular pathways over time. Pilates focuses on technique, proper postural alignment, balance and core strength. We use minimal equipment, keeping things simple and allowing you to focus on breathing and engaging the right muscles at the right time. We can work around and/or strengthen any areas of injury or weakness you might have. Pilates is ideal for those looking to even out muscle imbalances, prepare for or recover from pregnancy, rehabilitation and general well-being.
